I’m Luhv (•/luv/) your hair care provider and I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist with more than 10 years of salon experience. I’m located in Memphis, Tn in the Bartlett area. I specialize in Healthy Hair Care, Natural- looking Extensions, and Ponytail styles. This is the Home of the Ponytail Special and I offer other stages of Hair Care as well. I’m currently accepting New Clients and Destination Appointments. Special Occasion and Emergency Appointments are also available.

For Your Safety
Hand Washing and Mask Coverings are Mandatory for both Staff and Clients
Chair Coverings will be provided for Sanitary Purposes
Full Time Customer Concierge and Sanitation Monitor
Social Distancing practices of 1-2 Persons per Room
Hourly Cleaning of Common Surfaces and Work Areas in between Clients
Private Waiting and Eating Area for Clients
Individual Sanitized Robes, Capes, and Utensil Boxes for each Client
BOOKING
Booking done through this site is Preferred but can also be done via Text Message or Phone
Be sure to give your correct Name, Number, & Email because this is how we will contact you with your confirmation and any additional info.
The Confirmation Email will Only be given after the Deposit is received and will include the Day, Time, and Address for your Service.
If you do NOT receive a Confirmation Email or the Details of your Scheduled appointment are wrong please contact us via Text Message or Phone
DEPOSIT
A $50 Deposit is due at the time of Booking and is Required to reserve an appointment. The deposit will be applied to the full price of the service. Deposits are Non-Refundable. Cash Deposits are NOT accepted
PAYMENTS
All NEW Clients must bring CASH ONLY
Cards are NOT Accepted
PayPal is NOT Accepted
Cash App & Cash are accepted from Returning Clients Only
NO REFUNDS on Services or Hair Purchases
RESCHEDULE
You must Reschedule 72 hours prior to the time of your scheduled appointment in order to retain your deposit. If you Reschedule your appointment less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time you will forfeit your $50 deposit.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of appointment or a $25 Fee in addition to the Deposit will be required prior to booking your next appointment.
No Call/ No Show & Same Day Cancellations will be required to pay a $50 Fee in addition to the Deposit will be required prior to booking your next appointment.

PLEASE READ ALL THE RULES CAREFULLY
(Violation of the Rules will result in Immediate Appointment TERMINATION & Deposit Forfeiture)
APPOINTMENT DAY GUIDELINES
- Do NOT arrive more than 10 Minutes Early or Late to your scheduled appointment time
- Leave all inessential items in your Car
- You Must Wear a Face Mask at all times
- You Must Wash Your Hands for 30 Seconds upon arrival at the Salon
- You Must Have your Temperature taken
- You Must Agree and Sign the Liability Waiver
- Detangle your Hair and be Shampoo ready unless you are paying for a take down or you will be charged a $20 Fee in addition to your service price
(If it takes longer than 10 mins to comb your hair out before the Shampoo you will be charged a fee.)
- I do NOT Color or Customize Lace Pieces the day of the appointment
(You Must turn in your hair by the designated time frame given at the time of Booking)
- My assistants will greet you and begin the service
- Children under 13yrs will be serviced by Jr. Stylist
- Do NOT bring any extra People or Children with you to your service
- I only Style and Install my work
- Appointment Duration times are only estimates; PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME
- Do NOT bring any Cut Up Used Hair
- I Reserve the Right to Refuse Service
- If you are Blocked and book anyway you will not be Serviced
- BRING CASH! PayPal and Cards are NOT Accepted
- Everything Extra will cost Extra Money. (I.e. Bangs, Braid Wraps, Braids, Jewels, Connected Boxes, Color, Longer Hair Lengths, Curls, and anything else out side a basic installation.
